Introduction
If you purchased a product through SimMarket and need it moved to the iniBuilds Store or iniManager, you can submit an order transfer request using the transfer form. This process helps us review your request and confirm whether the product is eligible for transfer.
Before you start
Please make sure you have the same proof of purchase ready to attach to your request. If the product is not listed in the transfer form, it cannot be transferred.
How to submit an order transfer request
Open the order transfer form.
Select iniBuilds as the destination and SimMarket as the original store.
Choose the product you want to transfer, then select Next.
Complete all required fields in the form.
Attach the same proof of purchase used for your original order.
Submit the request for review.
Important notes
Only products shown in the transfer form can be transferred.
If your product is not listed, the transfer cannot be completed.
Make sure your proof of purchase is clear and matches the original order details.
